Pol Holding is a dynamic investment group with robust subsidiaries operating primarily in energy, as well as in vehicle inspection, industry, construction, real estate, agriculture, and livestock sectors, carrying out investments in Turkey and the Middle East.

Having started its operations in the late 1980s with oil and gas trading, Pol Holding expanded in subsequent years with investments in international trade and the textile sector, and continued its growth with projects in construction, real estate, agriculture, and livestock. Polteks İnşaat Taahhüt San. ve Tic. A.Ş., established in 1996, has been one of the key milestones in this expansion.

Since 2003, the Group has identified the Northern Iraq region as a strategic growth area, strengthening its presence in the region with projects such as fuel terminals, storage facilities, and the construction of public buildings in Erbil and Dohuk. In 2009, under the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) signed with the Regional Kurdish Administration, the Group undertook the investment of the Dohuk-Baadra power plant with an installed capacity of 150 MW, commissioning the facility in 2011.

Today, with its investments in Turkey and Northern Iraq, Pol Holding directly employs a total of 500 people. In addition to its current investments in the energy and industry sectors, the Group closely monitors new opportunities. Its operations in Turkey are managed under Pol Holding A.Ş., while its international investments are overseen by Pol Investment B.V. (Netherlands).
